Auction Information:

1) Deposit must be made to Willis Real Estate Group, LLC in the form of a Bank Check or other Certified Funds in the amount of $5,000.00.  This deposit can be made in advance.  Failure to have the deposit will forfeit any rights to bid on properties.

2) Bidders will have numbers.  Each number card must be shown at the time of bidding if the bidder is to be at the auction.  Bidders can also be included by telephone, if out of area, as long as deposit has been received.

3) All auctions will be video taped. 

4) Top bidder will sign a Purchase and Sale Agreement directly after the auction is closed.

5) Second bidder will have the option to sign a Back-Up Contract.

6) Florida FAR/BAR As-Is Contract will be used.  Addendum will contain the following items:

    1) All deposits are non-refundable unless the Seller cannot produce clear title.

    2) Buyer will pay 10% Buyer Premium to Willis Real Estate Group, LLC at time of closing.

7) All inspections must be completed prior to bidding.  All properties will be open from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM on the day of Auction.  All properties are available for sale at pre-auction price (or otherwise negotiated price) until day of Auction.

8) All sales will close within a 30-day period unless extended by both parties in writing.
